Tuning: A normal tuning is $90 and should be done every six-months to a year.
Pitch Raise: If your piano hasn't been tuned in a while it may need a pitch raise to get it back up to A-440. A pitch raise is $45. After the pitch raise it will also need to be tuned.
Repairs: For repairs I would have to see the piano to find out what the exact problem is before I could make an estimate.
